- Maintaining relationships with clients, including answering any questions they may have about the writing process or their resumes
- Conducting interviews with clients to gather information about their work experience, education, skills, and other qualifications to create a targeted resume that best highlights their qualifications
- Create a resume with the correct format and content to emphasize the skills, experience and achievements of the candidates.
- Ensure there are no grammatical errors, spelling mistakes or factual errors while writing the resume
